ABOUT THE ROLE Today, CBRE employs over 2,000 people who provide front-of-house office services and manages the workplace environment for millions of employees every day. With Host were upping our commitment to customer service by offering a front-of-house experience that is tailored and more responsive to individual and organizational needs and better integrated with back-of-house functions. We are combining those services with an industry leading, proprietary, mobile experience app. We are seeking a program manager who will play a critical role in helping us build our team, processes, and efficiency in pursuit of our vision. The purpose of this position is two-fold. First, youll manage daily financial analysis, tracking our monthly, quarterly, and yearly progress to plan, liaise with finance stakeholders, and help us build our budgets. The other half of the role is to be our pricing SME, work with others to develop pricing for our proposals, and collaborate to define innovative and low risk pricing strategies to accelerate the scaling of our business. WHAT YOU'LL DO Working under moderate supervision, conduct and document moderate to complex financial analysis, financial reporting and ad hoc finance projects. Aids organization with financial functions, such as pricing, assessing, auditing, planning, budgeting, taxes, consolidation, cost control, and project control. Leads special projects and other assigned initiatives. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Acts as trusted advisor to business leaders by developing a comprehensive understanding their business and financial standing.Evaluates and analyzes a variety of financial results and indicators such as operating expenses, capital expenditures, depreciation, proposals, investment opportunities, rate of return, profit plans, operating records, financial statements, etc. requiring advanced expertise.Compiles budgetary and fiscal data received from Host leadership to prepare revenue balance statements and historical comparisons of departmental expenditures with requested appropriations.Completes complex analysis of records of present and past operations, trends and costs, estimated and realized revenues, administrative commitments, and obligations incurred to project future revenues and expenses.Leads the overall financial modeling of Host pursuits, including org modeling, labor estimates, overhead, operating expense budgeting, fee analysis, benchmarking, and other financial analytics. Interacts with sales teams and client through participation in introductory meetings pitches and contract negotiations.Responsible for and has full ownership and leadership of price modeling, operating budgets, staffing models, and labor costs for mid to large scale pursuits.Conducts special studies as assigned to support senior management. Develops presentations of findings and results.Completes complex analysis of records of present and past operations, trends and costs, estimated and realized revenues, administrative commitments, and obligations incurred to project future revenues and expenses.Advises management on matters, such as effective use of resources and assumptions underlying budget forecasts. Interprets budgets to management.Prepares reports analyzing specific aspects of department structures, functions and operational procedures and recommends ways to improve efficiency and/or effectiveness.Performs other duties as assigned. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESNo formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. May lead project teams and/or plan staff assignments. Duties may encompass technical guidance and/or training of co-workers as well as policy development and participation in special initiatives such as modeling, system implementations or acquisition integrations. May coordinate and assign tasks to co-workers within a work unit and/or project.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university in a business-related field plus a minimum of four years related experience, or an MBA and some combination thereof. CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES None. FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE Requires in-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate complex figures. Broad, in-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), concepts. SEC reporting experience desired (depending on the specific finance role). REASONING ABILITY Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex financial information and transactions and accounting principles. Ability to independently research complex accounting transactions/issues.Ability to problem-solve, both independently and working as a team. Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills. COMMUNICATION SKILLS Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information in written and verbal form to subordinates, customers and supervisors. FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE Requires strong knowledge of financial terms, concepts and accounting principles and the ability to comprehend and interpret complex financial transactions. OTHER SKILLS and/or ABILITIES Strong computer skills, including specific knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.). Broad experience with other software and financial systems is desired. Knowledge of real estate service industry and terminology is helpful. Strong work ethic and adaptable. SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY Decisions made with understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines. Responsible for setting own project deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to co-workers and supervisor.
