Candidates must have (or be willing to obtain) a Commercial Pesticide Applicator license; agriculture experience is preferred. Tender Truck Driver/Delivery Driver Delivery Drivers are responsible for delivery of dry and liquid fertilizer to field applicators and to farms, daily care and maintenance of vehicles and equipment, occasional lifting and carrying of up to 75 pounds, and sorting of products as required. Candidates must have a good driving record and have (or be willing to obtain) a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class A or Class B; agriculture experience is preferred. Warehouse Associate Warehouse Associates support the day-to-day operations of the warehouse. Responsibilities include receiving, unloading, stocking, and rotating products in the warehouse; maintaining accurate inventory, records, and documentation of warehouse products; properly warehousing products to ensure quality, quantity and security; operating and performing maintenance on forklifts and skid steers; and abide by Countryside Cooperative’s safety policies and regulatory requirements.
