The Customer Care Specialist provides technical support for products including TravelClick's Central Reservation System, Business Intelligence solutions, and web products, directly to our global hotel customers via email, and phone.  Our Customer Care Specialists investigate technical issues and handle cases through resolution. They must determine root cause of issues, resolving on the first attempt if possible, accurately documenting case issues in our CRM (Salesforce.com).   This is a full-time position, the shifts will be between 8:00AM-8:00PM EST. Customer Care Specialists must have the flexibility to work any day of the week, including weekends.  Responsibilities Provide efficient and prompt customer follow-up on unresolved issues. Responsibilities include receiving, unloading, stocking, and rotating products in the warehouse; maintaining accurate inventory, records, and documentation of warehouse products; properly warehousing products to ensure quality, quantity and security; operating and performing maintenance on forklifts and skid steers; and abide by Countryside Cooperative’s safety policies and regulatory requirements. Crew Leader *Position offers competitive hourly rate plus commission*  Lead in managing landscape/maintenance tasks on client properties, monitor lawn and landscape quality, ensure customer satisfaction, train and supervise lawn technicians (which includes addressing and reconciling concerns), operate company work truck, maintain supplies and inventory, ensures work contracted fits specifications and is conducted efficiently in ordnance with the contract specifications, lead in performing and training all tasks of operations including but not limited to: coaching, mowing, trimming, blowing, edging, weeding, raking, and mulch/sod installation, and hardscape installs.
