JOB SUMMARY: Customer Service Unit Administrator (CSUA) This individual will support all CSU functions IAW AFMCI 23-201, Logistics Materiel Control Activity Operation Instruction, Chapter 2, Table 2.1 lines 32-41, Chapter 3 and Chapter 6, to include: (a) Receive all requests for supplies and equipment IAW AFMCI 23-201, Logistics Materiel Control Activity Operation Instruction, Chapter 3 and Chapter 6; AFMAN 23-110, Vol 2, USAF Standard Base Supply System, Part Two, Chapters 9, 11 and 22; and AFMAN 23-110, USAF Standard Base Supply System, Vol 2, Part Thirteen and Section C-1.9. (b) Manage Receiving Reports in WAWF Incumbent may also be responsible to manage the Government Purchase Card Function. The CSU Administrator may: (a) Serve as the focal point for supply and equipment asset accountability. Identify issues or problems to the requester and provide support to ensure notifications are accurately prepared and proper coordination is accomplished prior to the actual purchase of equipment or materiel. (b) Review GPC purchase requests for compliance with established AF GPC procedures IAW AFI 64-117, Air Force Government-Wide Purchase Card (GPC) Program. Assign a LMCA control number, once the review is complete. Return the purchase request to the Government buyer authorized to place the order. Monitor, track and coordinate Purchase Request processes to include: research (classify and cross reference items to be purchased), follow-up, close out, file control, input updates and monthly reconciliation in AMCS. Support Government buyer in responding to GPC surveillance audits as well as other Audit Agencies. (c) Research all supply and equipment requests IAW AFMCI 23-201, Logistics Materiel Control Activity Operation Instruction, Chapter 3. (d) Establish and maintain a document control system to track direct procurements and decentralized purchases. Procurement documents shall be made available to the Government upon request. (e) Manage and maintain all reports IAW AFMAN 23-110, Vol 2, USAF Base Supply System, Part 2, Chap 5 and 6. (f) Ability to manage and maintain a filing system for receipt and processed documentation. (g) Have the ability to be cross trained and work in cohesion with the other positions at LMCA.    EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/KSAs: · Minimum 2 years of in the Customer Service Field.   · Experience with material procurement and shipment tracking.   · Familiarity with AFRL/USAF working environment and operational processes.   · High School diploma or GED certificate.   · Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance.   · Ability to process new information in a fast-paced environment, while multitasking, and maintain accurate detailed records/reports.   · Able to communicate professionally with customers and must be proficient in using office equipment and productivity software (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.). Part-time Job Title Licensed Pharmacy Technician - Part Time/ PRN / On Call Job Description OUR CLIENT The Northern Arizona VA Healthcare System (NAVAHCS) is a Joint Commission-accredited, complexity level three facility serving over 29,000 Veterans across Northern Arizona.  NAVAHCS provides a continuum of primary and secondary level medical, rehabilitative and long-term care to Veterans residing in northern and central Arizona. Acute medical care consists of primary and secondary inpatient medicine and ambulatory care, which includes general medicine, ambulatory procedures, and selected specialized medical clinics. The Emergency Department is open 24 hours/7 days a week. The VA Medical Center is located in Prescott, Arizona.                *This Position Is Contingent upon Contract Award* POSITION DESCRIPTION : Pharmacy Technician duties include, but are not limited to: Prepares and dispenses medications, and maintains related records for patients  Prepares, packages, labels and distributes medication doses prescribed by Physician Maintains inventories of drugs and supplies, stocking shelves, rotating stock, and checking expiration date of pharmaceuticals; Fills/stocks medications in various automated devices; documenting lot and expiration date into computerized logs.  Operates various types of pharmacy automation, including, but not limited to, Script Pro, Pick Point, Omnicell automated dispensing equipment and Eyecon. Read computer screens, use scanning equipment, select specific drugs/products required to fill an order by name, strength, and National Drug Code (NDC) number; Cleans cells and performs first level preventative maintenance which includes cleaning off lights, vacuuming, and making minor adjustments to equipment; Processes refill requests and prints prescription labels utilizing computerized software programs Answers telephone calls from patients, physicians and other health care professionals.   Refers to computerized prescription profile to respond to inquiries from patients concerning disposition of prescriptions, obtains information or responds to questions within the technician scope of knowledge. Documents interactions with patients and staff appropriately, including documentation in the Computerized Patient Record System (CPRS) when required. Replies to questions from patients regarding expired prescriptions, deleted or discontinued drug, or unavailable drug or prosthetic and/or ostomy device.  Refers inquiries of a professional nature to a Licensed Pharmacy Technicians. Verifies patient identity prior to communicating patient health information with the patient.  Two identifiers, as defined by the medical center, are required. Participates in managing patient prescription processing time while meeting required department specific metrics and monitors.  Organises, files, and maintains dispensing documents, original prescriptions, and other required documentation in accordance with federal regulations and state laws Regularly fills a full range of standard drug, ostomy, and disposable medical supply prescriptions utilizing prepackaged drugs, consumer packs, robot cassettes, and manufacturer bulk products.  Final check is performed by Licensed Pharmacy Technicians prior to dispensing. Fills cassettes and ensures secondary technician review for automated counting equipment.  Inputs all pertinent information (e.g. barcodes cassettes, enters lot and expiration information into automated equipment utilizing computerized software). Performs inspection of assigned areas including but not limited to: Outpatient clinics, Emergency Room, and Outpatient Pharmacy. Ensuring proper stock rotation, and ensuring expiration date and/or lot number validity.  Removes all expired medication during inspections and quarantines the expired items for return/destruction. Properly documents all actions taken during inspection of area. Electronically logs discharge, shuttled, runner, and tubed prescriptions using ScriptPro. Notifies and/or clarifies orders needing special handling, i.e., refrigeration, with Licensed Pharmacy Technicians and patient as necessary Delivers prepared totes to travel.  Ensures disposition of items for Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs) is initiated by transferring such items to the travel department Packages verified mail prescriptions in the appropriate mailer or box, ensuring proper handling, i.e. refrigeration or padding.  Sorts mail according to status i.e., regular, certified or UPS. 30)Scans and creates barcodes for robot prescription processing, utilizing dedicated computerized software programs. Fills CBOC and primary care clinic orders including, but not limited to Carefusion Pyxis and/or Omnicell restock reports.  Ensures that a proper supply of medication is available, and if not, request that the item be ordered and packaged for unit dose use.  Currently NAVAHCS uses Carefusion Pyxis however will be changing over to Omnicell in FY20. Replenishes medications in clinics utilizing sophisticated computer software: Carefusion Pyxis, FastFill, Elite, Omnicell, ScriptPro, TCGRx (unit dosing machine). Replenishes filling areas with vials, caps, labels, log books, paper bags, and other supplies as needed. Communication and interpersonal relations, including the ability to appropriately and courteously relate to internal and external customers. Properly operates the telephone including transferring calls and placing calls on hold. Handles calls efficiently and appropriately. Filling code carts. Properly follows Pharmacy Phone center scripting and resolutions that pertain to the phone call. Properly places a call on hold when investigating any issues related to the phone call. Answers the door, allowing only person with authorized access to enter.  Ensures individual signs visitor log and escorts individual to necessary area of pharmacy. Processes audio renewal orders through notes or right click-renew feature. Processes refill mail slips through VISTA Job Requirements MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS : High school diploma or GED equivalent Certified by the National Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) Full, current and unrestricted license in any State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States or DC Graduate of an Academic Technician Training Educational Program One-year experience in a retail or hospital pharmacy setting Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations Must understand the precautions required when handling hazardous materials and hazardous waste.
