The Contractor will be responsible for obtaining and monitoring the movement of these packages in accordance with the Real Estate/Real Property transaction checklists. The transactions may include the following: Acquisitions, Disposals, Leases, Licenses, Permits, Easements, Right-of-Entries and Withdrawn Public Land.
