As a founding member of Commercial Collection Agencies of America, we are looking to add additional skilled Collectors to our team.
Job Summary: Brennan & Clark is looking for high-energy Commercial Collectors to join our growing team. Our Collectors provide results to our clients and are responsible for assisting in achieving our clients’ financial goals. Successful Collectors must exhibit excellent communication skills. We are not only resolving disputes, but also negotiating our client’s debt down by speaking to their creditors. You must consistently exceed client expectations, and take a proactive approach to identify opportunities which optimize a client’s experience with our program by negotiating their unsecured debts. In contacting our client’s customers to secure the best outcome possible, you are responsible for providing excellent customer service to our client’s customers.
Duties:
Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
Keep records of all conversations in our call database in a comprehensible way.
Meets phone requirements, inbound and outbound calls to creditors (fast pace)
Works from the established collector work queue to make contacts
Responds to all questions and inquiries using procedures that fall within established parameters
Applies critical thinking skills to determine appropriate solutions while overcoming obstacles to improve call outcomes
Maintaining a consultative and professional relationship with the customer throughout the process
Draft and send emails to clients
