This leader role will be responsible for managing small to medium units of nonexempt employees. Works independently with considerable latitude, managing various production initiatives and projects requiring coordination of resources, budgets and deadlines. Participates in review, recommendation and implementations of units' operational systems and processes. Accountable for business unit financial performance. Position is part of the Trust Services Group managing the Fee Processing department. The individual in the position will lead 8-10 nonexempt employees on day-to-day operations of end to end Fee Processing in an ever changing environment. The individual is responsible to ensure all processes are managed within risk, regulatory and service level standards. The position provides leadership and direction to current and future projects supporting the team, coordinating and driving new operational processes as dictated by regulatory, service or industry changes. Provides guidance and leadership for technology initiatives impacting the department.
