Full Circle Restoration is seeking Mitigation Technicians to join our team. We are a full service restoration company located in Duluth, GA that provides residential and commercial services to our customers. We are looking for entry level or experienced mitigation technicians. Applicants who enjoy helping others, take pride in their work, and take ownership of their career will thrive in our company. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Water damage - extraction, drying, content manipulation, etc. • Fire damage - board up, soot and odor cleaning, pack out, etc. • Mold remediation - demolition, cleaning, etc. • Contents - content manipulation, cleaning, etc. • Inspect, evaluate and document damaged properties Requirements for position: • Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean MVR • Must be able to pass a background and drug test • Must have dependable transportation • Strong communication skills, bilingual a plus • Must be 25+ years old • Ability to work long hours (night, weekends, and on call rotation) • Ability to work well with others • Ability to lift a minimum of 50+ lbs. safely • Ability to follow directions • Previous mitigation experience not required • High school diploma or GED Candidates should have: • Professional personal appearance and well spoken • Strong communication and customer service skills • Background in restoration/construction a plus • Positive attitude • Attention to detail • Effective problem solving skills • Computer skills a plus • Desire to learn and better themselves At Full Circle Restoration we believe in investing in our employees.
