The team focuses on several key risk types, including conduct, credit, financial crimes, information security, interest rate, liquidity, market, model, operational, regulatory compliance, reputation, strategic, and technology risk. An individual contributor, this Operational Risk Consultant 4 (ORC4) reports directly to the Head of Operational Risk Reporting, will work on a team responsible for developing reporting to be used for senior level audiences including the Board of Directors, Risk Committees and Operational Risk Group (ORG) leadership. This ORC4 will work closely with the ORG Data Analytics and Insights Team to summarize key risks/themes and emerging risks across operational risk across all Wells Fargo groups. The ideal candidate should have subject matter experience in Operational Risk from an industry and/or internally at Wells Fargo. The candidate will work on a team responsible for developing/coordinating reporting to be used for senior level audiences including the Board of Directors, Risk Committees and Operational Risk Group Leadership. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Operational Risk Group Data Analytics and Insights (DA&I), Oversight and Reporting teams to help summarize key risks/themes and emerging risks across Operational Risk across all Wells Fargo groups. This position requires strong communication skills, ability to be flexible and high attention to detail for all reporting. The ideal candidate will provide the operational risk reporting team ad hoc related support to review and summarize key operational risk events. The candidate must be willing to operate in an environment of change and be flexible as the operational risk reporting team continues to evolve. The candidate must be able to collaborate across a broad audience of individuals across the Operational Risk Group, Control Teams, other Risk Organizations and Audit.
