Position Summary: The Project Manager provides leadership and manages the operational and financial aspects of construction projects, and is the primary liaison with the client’s project management team.  The Project Manager also identifies potential leads and assists estimators with development of pricing proposals.  An enforcer of Best Practices and Quality Programs, process utilization, safety and risk management; and is a cultural manager by ensuring that the company’s fundamental values and beliefs are followed and maintained.   The Project Manager will work to develop a good understanding of the power and energy generation market. They will strive to obtain a knowledge that promotes and allows them to engage in electrical, civil and structural discussions.   Essential Job Functions Safety:  Responsible for the monitoring of and providing ultimate authority in ensuring Best Practices are utilized on the project through: the management of employee orientation, emphasis on special risks (cranes, site conditions, LOTO, arc-flash etc.), JHA’s, participating in weekly senior management meetings, performing monthly audits of the project, ensuring CATS observation goals are met, accident injury management processes are trained and fully understood, and the project is in compliance with federal and state safety regulations and the corporate safety program.  Completes risk assessment matrix and monitors important leading indicators. General description:  Exostrategies is seeking a Graphics Designer/Technical Writer to support the United States Forces Korea (USFK), Assistant Chief of Staff, J2 (ACofS, J2) and the Joint Intelligence Operations Center - Korea (JIOC-K).   JIOC-K will provide timely intelligence to Commander, USFK and Combined Forces Command, the combined battle staff, and war fighter component commanders. The JIOC-K's efforts focus on detecting enemy threats, managing intelligence, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) activities, analyzing enemy actions and information to determine enemy's probable courses of action. Perform an initial review of a Long Term Cost Analysis worksheet for PCS, TCS, or Long Term Temporary Duty (LT TDY) costs for completeness after meeting with the department POC and receiving a copy of the LT TDY questionnaire. Route the Long Term Cost Analysis worksheet to the Code 013 Government Travel POC for final review. Prepare the LTT, PCS, and TCS spreadsheet when travelers are placed on LTT, PCS, or TCS and upload the spreadsheet to the Travel/Disbursing shared drive. Prepare travel memos for PCS Orders, TCS Orders, LTT Orders, FSD Orders, Government Passports and VISAs. Enter military personnel travel data into the Individual Personnel Tempo Program Online (ITEMPO) System.   Disbursing Office Support: Complete initial review and validation of DTS vouchers within five (5) business days of submission. Route complete travel vouchers to the Government Travel Approving Official (AO). For incomplete travel vouchers, collect missing information required for the completion of vouchers from the department travel POC associated with the traveler. If the information cannot be collected within two (2) business days of initial review, the incomplete vouchers shall be routed to Code 013 Government personnel. Convert overseas travel expenses in foreign currency to U.S. dollars for all foreign travel vouchers. Research DTS voucher rejections received via DTS-generated emails and identify corrective action to the department financial POC responsible for the travel voucher. Once a week, make copies of the DD Forms 1131 submitted and file the copy in accordance with records management guidelines.   Transportation Incentive Program (TIP) Support: Provide guidance to employees completing the TIP application. Notify TIP participants via email when program reimbursement is available. Verify eligibility of new applicants and submit completed TIP applications to Code 013 TIP POC. Review TIP withdrawal applications for completeness and accuracy within 1 day of receipt and send the withdrawal application to Code 013 Government personnel and update the TIP Quarterly Validation Report. Post updates to the TIP share drive including participant and payment data. Conduct monthly review of vanpool attendance sheets. Perform reconciliation between the vanpool attendance sheets, the participants’ time and attendance records, and actual travel records and provide results to the Code 013 TIP POC.   Travel Compensation Support: Respond to questions from NUWCDIVNPT traveler(s) regarding completion of travel compensation claims whether submitted by the traveler electronically via ASI or manually via a hard copy form. Record hard copy forms in the Travel Compensation log within ASI in the order which they are received. Perform analysis of Government supervisor-approved claims to verify the amount of travel compensation time calculated using the first in, first out method. Travel compensation claims must be processed within 14 days of receipt. Notify the Government POC of any claim that cannot be processed within 14 days. Enter travel compensation time into N-ERP upon receipt of Government supervisor-approved travel compensation claims. Once entered into N-ERP, notify the traveler and the traveler’s supervisor that the time has been entered into N-ERP and is available for processing by the supervisor within N-ERP. Scan and file finalized hard copy claims and associated supporting. Payroll Support : On a bi-weekly basis, enter time and attendance into the Defense Civilian Pay System (DCPS) after the N-ERP CATA run including retroactive adjustments as well as current time and attendance records. Senior Network Specialist (F5) Seaside, CA Featured
We are currently looking to add a new Network Specialist to provide support to the DMDC Mission "Serving those who serve our country with the RIGHT Information, at the RIGHT Time, to the RIGHT People, for the RIGHT Decisions." DMDC is the DoD's source for enterprise human resource information, providing secure services and solutions to support the Department's mission.  In this role you will provide enterprise level services and management to a network that provides critical services to the DOD. Your day to day activities will consist of:  Providing Network Management , Maintenance, Planning and Installations.  Perform test and analysis of network elements across the enterprise (Security, Communications, etc.) Oversee network monitoring performance enhancements of resources Suggest and implement software and hardware tools to diagnose network improvements and enhancements Assist in the design, build and implementation of network systems Provide analysis of network traffic to provide capacity planning solutions Maintain multiple Big-IP F5 installations utilizing various technologies including GTM, APM, LTM, SSL Acceleration, encryption handling.  Provide high level support to the Architecture team for various updates and deployments on the customer network. Provide patching support to meet DISA STIG requirements Provide input to policy level discussions regarding standards and budget constraints  Basic Requirements :  7-10 years of experience in network administration related roles to include:  Active Secret Clearance Experience managing firewall installation , setup, maintenance, and policies Experience performing network monitoring and testing on enterprise system Strong level of F5 knowledge in application security (ASM/APM), traffic management (BIG-IP), and BIG-IQ (AFM, ASM, APM, WAF and DDos protections) IAT Level II/8570 Compliance ( Security+  being the most common certification) Ability to provide on-call rotation support  In addition to the above, we feel you would be a great match if you have:  Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) CLICK ON LINK BELOW TO BE DIRECTED TO OUR WEBSITE FOR YOUR APPLICATION PROCESS: https://loxo.co/job/217535 Mount indie is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
