Administer all operation and ensure efficiency of all production equipments. Ensure operation of all equipments and maintain safety for same and evaluate all work and maintain accuracy for same. Assist to clean up facility for all production lines clean up and perform all sanitation for warehouse activities. Administer all production flow and collaborate with supervisor to identify all process and equipment issues. Perform regular inspection for all hazards. Maintain neat and clean area at all times and ensure compliance to all housekeeping standards and assist to scrape all labels and barrels. Monitor all shape blocks and assist to clean out all dies. Assist to perform all clean out procedures with help of ethylenes and propylenes. Provide training to all training operators. Head Carpenter/ Foreman Position

NBA Builders is a small and growing general contractor located in Indianapolis, Indiana. We specialize in custom alterations and additions of all types of buildings and spaces, with an occasional new-build. We are developing an internal team that self-performs all aspects of carpentry to ensure our schedules and budgets are met. Description of role: We are now hiring qualified individuals who are skilled in the trade of carpentry to perform all aspects of wood framing, interior trim, exterior trim, metal stud framing, backing, layout, wood flooring installation, take-offs, and must be able to read construction documents. The candidate must be dependable, well spoken, clean in appearance, possess strong work ethic and the ability to engage with customers and subcontractors. Must have reliable transportation and basic tools. Skills in other trades a plus. This is a full time position 12 months a year. Employee package such as paid holidays and vacations, insurance, company vehicle, raise scale, and bonuses are negotiable. Starting salary will be based on experience, skill level, management skills, and the ability to meet budget and schedule.
