Job Description: The EIS Information Security (IS) Program is being structured around 10 security Domains created from industry standards and internal expertise. The Security Domains are discrete components of the IS Program that will be managed individually as part of a cohesive whole. The Security Domains are a governance construct intended to ensure effective risk management. Security Domains will provide: • A common set of elements that improves our ability to comprehensively understand and aggregate risk • Clear accountability for identifying and closing gaps and remediating risks • The ability to identify and prioritize remediation more comprehensively and effectively • The Security Domain model supports information security governance, transparency, and consistency across the lines. This position will assist with the Information Protection Domain which is focused on improving the security posture of Wells Fargo by applying security controls that balance business needs and the need to maintain and protect Wells Fargo information. Information Protection Domain key objectives • Understand location, classification, and applicable security controls of all data • Application of controls and monitoring based on data classification • Prevent unauthorized data from leaving the company Required Qualifications 6+ years of experience in compliance, operational risk management (includes audit, legal, credit risk, market risk, or the management of a process or business with accountability for compliance or operational risk), or a combination of both; or 6+ years of IT systems security, business process management or financial services industry experience, of which 3+ years must include direct experience in compliance, operational risk management, or a combination of both 1+ year of information security experience Desired Qualifications Advanced Microsoft Office skills Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy Ability to interact with all levels of an organization Data management experience Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment Exposure to Wells Fargo Information Security Management System (Policyworks) Other Desired Qualifications • In depth understanding of information security, controls, and technical environments/architectures • Demonstrated success in program oversight, influencing change, and relationship management • Prior experience in similar leadership, relationship management, and high exposure roles • Demonstrated leadership capability and strong interpersonal effectiveness • Knowledge of operational risk/compliance structures and programs at Wells Fargo • Risk platform reporting experience • Experience in developing and documenting governance processes supporting operational risk frameworks • Experience leading complex, interdependent, cross-enterprise programs • Demonstrated ability to lead change through influencing skills, be a positive change agent, broker compromises, and meet deadlines • Experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) concepts Salary Information The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.
