Responsibilities Responsible for the relay protection & control engineering aspects on substation and transmission design projects Duties include protection and control design, schematic design, wiring diagrams, and system troubleshooting. Review and approve equipment vendor drawings on major equipment from manufacturers with Lead Engineer or Manager review and approval. Basic understanding of discipline specific technical designs, engineering principles, business standards, practices, procedures, and product / program requirements. Works independently with detailed direction from Engineering Lead, Principal Engineer, or Engineering Manager Provide engineering support for proposals, estimating, procurement and construction Coordinate with other engineering disciplines and Design Phase Managers to successfully deliver design projects Provides technical support to personnel/cross functional teams supporting the assigned project by performing moderate level engineering calculations, data analysis, and engineering tasks. Assist field personnel in resolving unanticipated site conditions. Moderate Project Management and analytical problem-solving skills Qualifications Graduate of four-year college or university with Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or Bachelor of Science Electrical Computer Engineering (BSECE) with power courses or related Engineering program. Strongly preferred the degree is from a school of engineering with curriculum accredited by the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET) as a professional engineering curriculum. JOB SUMMARY Performs general preventive maintenance and corrective repair of multiple retail buildings as part of assigned route. Assists in monitoring building system operations and performance and interacting with store management. Utilizes several trade skills such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, heating and cooling. Must be flexible to schedule. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Complies with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency and Company directives related to building operations and work safety. Performs assigned day-to-day repairs, emergency and preventive maintenance. Completes maintenance and repair records as required. Reviews assigned work orders. Estimates time and materials needed to complete repair. Orders necessary materials and supplies to complete all tasks. Assists with installation and modification of building equipment systems. Assists with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems to include: plumbing systems, kitchen equipment, roofs, drains, shop, and HVAC. Inspects new installation for compliance with building codes and safety regulations. Maintains lighting systems throughout the facility, cleaning fixtures and replacing bulbs, lamps and ballasts. Mobile HVAC/R Building Engineer
JOB SUMMARY The Mobile HVAC/R Building Engineer will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of refrigeration equipment for multiple facilities. Company van, gas card, tools, phone and uniforms are provided for this position. Utilizes advanced building maintenance skills to perform complex preventive maintenance and corrective repair of HVAC and refrigeration equipment in multiple retail buildings within a route. Monitors building system operations and performance and interacts directly with store management. Utilizes several trade skills beyond HVAC and refrigeration skills such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, heating and cooling. Must be flexible on schedule. Ideal candidates will have prior experience as a Refrigeration Technician, HVACR Service Technician, Refrigeration Maintenance Technician or Building Maintenance Worker. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for the preventative maintenance and corrective repair of HVAC roof top units (RTUs) and refrigeration equipment such as walk in/reach in coolers and freezers. Complies with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency and Company directives related to building operations and work safety. Inspects building systems at multiple retail buildings to ensure operation of equipment is within design capabilities and achieves environmental conditions prescribed by client. Maintains an energy management program to ensure measures are taken to operate all systems in the most efficient manner to keep operating costs at a minimum. Maintains the building lighting system, including element and ballast repairs or replacements. Performs welding, carpentry, furniture assembly, locksmith, and plumbing tasks as needed. JOB SUMMARY   The purpose of this position is to provide assistance to the facility management team to ensure the successful competition of client facility needs. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES   Responds to client inquires and concerns. Ensures timely and quality service delivery to clients. Follows up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction. Creates work orders and assigns work orders to multiple technicians, subcontractors and vendors. Communicates work orders to technicians and assists management in resolving problems. Provides reports on open and closed work orders and checks status with the appropriate technician or vendor. Maintains files on work orders, proposals, and department files. Creates vendor files and checks accuracy on completed paperwork submitted by vendors. Trains vendors on work order and billing procedures. Processes invoices and ensures proper cost center coding. Assists with the inspections on the facility campus. Uses pc and/or PDA for work order system, email, ESS and training. Assist with process and procedure training. Other duties may be assigned. JOB SUMMARY   Performs duties associated with accurate and timely data entry to support accounts receivable and accounts payable processing activities. Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers. Support management in producing process and workflow documents. Identify, create and support process improvements.
