JOB SUMMARY Performs general preventive maintenance and corrective repair of multiple retail buildings as part of assigned route. Assists in monitoring building system operations and performance and interacting with store management. Utilizes several trade skills such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, heating and cooling. Must be flexible to schedule.
