It all begins with you. Enterprise Finance drives financial management for the company and maintains and enhances risk and financial controls. Key functions within Enterprise Finance include finance and accounting; Treasury; corporate development, mergers, and acquisitions; Data Management and Insights, Enterprise Shared Services, Business Process Management, and Corporate Strategy. Enterprise Finance informs shareholders, regulators, taxing authorities, team members, and leaders of the company's financial performance through earnings releases, investor meetings and conferences, and meetings with regulators and credit rating agencies, following appropriate reporting guidelines. They also maintain and enhance risk and financial controls and lead many of the company's shared services functions including corporate properties, security, and global services. Enterprise Finance & Stakeholder Relations Group Portfolio Management Office (EF&SR GPMO) The EF&SR (GPMO) is aligned to the Enterprise PMO (EPMO) which enhances the ownership, organizational structure, standardization, and oversight of project management functions across the company. The GPMO is a team of seasoned business consultant, program and project professionals who are aligned to support Enterprise Finance and Stakeholder Relations through strategic planning, portfolio, program and project management. Through governance and prioritization, the GPMO enables project investment decisions to be aligned to business goals and strategic priorities. These capabilities enable us to successfully execute against these priorities, by advocating for our business partners, while effectively collaborating with key stakeholders in technology, risk, finance, legal, operations and corporate functions. The Project Management Manager 2 is accountable for building partnerships with Sr. Leaders and their teams, with primary source of contact to understand strategic plans, regulatory, compliance initiatives that may generate programs and projects within the portfolio. Frequent dialogue with sponsors/stakeholders necessary to anticipate changes in support model based on upcoming demand or performance of a project management staff. Must build relationships with partners across Business teams, GPMO, EPMO and other key stakeholders engaged in portfolio management. Accountable for leading the team to successfully execute all activities in a project/program life-cycle (initiation, planning, executing, controlling, and closing) and include non-traditional project roles such as intake, capacity planning, implementation, and requirements documentation. Must promote and adhere to EPMO and GPMO prescribed standards and comply with Enterprise Project Management Policy and Methodology. Significant component performance management / MBOs will align to both compliance with prescribed standards and to excellence in project and program delivery. Accountable for enforcement of the enterprise project management policy and related methodology, project standards, enterprise tools and conducting post implementation reviews. Govern and optimize project management related talent management activities including sourcing, recruiting, and talent development. Contributes in transformation to change delivery management, including guiding business and team through Agile Transformation. Key stakeholder to partner, influence and advocate change within EPMO/GPMO organization, accountable for ensuring team members and business leaders are represented, educated and informed in partnership with the GPMO Shared Services organization. This role will report to the Portfolio Delivery Leader within the EF&SR GPMO The Candidate This influential leader must have subject matter expertise in program and project management and be capable of identifying opportunities, initiating action and managing change. Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, project delivery, project methodologies, digital product/program management, strategic planning or implementation 5+ years of leadership experience Desired Qualifications Project Management Institute Certification (PMI) Clarity experience Knowledge and understanding of Six Sigma methodology Knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies: process improvements, continuous improvement, or LEAN Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members A Masters of Business Administration (MBA) Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Other Desired Qualifications Demonstrated success managing a team through organizational, transformational and cultural change with experience articulating examples of how they have effectively driven and lead organizational change through to successful execution. Ability to create and deliver dynamic presentations. Salary Information The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.
