If you are a veteran who still obtains the skills, work ethic and 'never say quit attitude' that you learned while serving our country, we want you on our team! Qualified hires can make between $125 to $150 a day.  Job duties include, ground labor, clearing and pruning trees, assisting in tree removal. All training provided and advancement opportunities are available for the right individuals. Tree work experience and current, valid CDL a plus but not necessary.

Job Description Job details include, but are not limited to: Strong litigation skills, highly organized, and detail oriented Able to work at a fast pace with a moderate size case volume Draft correspondence, complaints, motions, notices, discovery, as well as other pleadings and closing statements Commitment to provide friendly, quality service to our clients as well as a commitment to be respectful of your colleagues Research assignments Communicate with doctors, experts and judicial personnel Maintain reports Data entry Manage calendar Monitor deadlines and other general legal support A working knowledge of Client Profiles/Adderant, Westlaw and Lexis is preferred. Candidates must be able to independently perform tasks including review/index documents, electronically file pleadings, prepare responses to discovery and perform all tasks commonly required of a paralegal.
