Truck Techs is a full diesel and gasoline repair shop.  Our shop is equipped with the latest diagnosing equipment to maintain efficiency and professionalism.  While customer service is top priority; we are also focused on maintaining a desired work environment for our employees.  We understand the importance of our team! Looking to hire entry level technicians with the desire to move up, also looking to hire experienced technicians. Responsibilities (include but not limited to): * Perform work specified on maintenance and repair orders. * Team oriented while providing quality work, maintaining professionalism and a high level of customer satisfaction. * Report to the Service Manager, complete assigned tickets on a daily basis. * Ensure proficiency in computer, diesel mechanics, and maintenance. * Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, HVAC, suspension, and drivetrain problems on all makes and models of trucks.

COLLECTION / GPS DEVISE ADMINISTRATOR'S PRIMARY DUTIES ARE:  PERSUADE CUSTOMERS DILIGENTLY TO PAY PAST DUE AMOUNTS. DEVELOP ALTERNATIVE PAYMENT PLANS WITH HELP FROM A/R DEPARTMENT. ADVISE CUSTOMERS ON ALTERNATIVE PAYMENT PLANS. RECORD NEW COMMITMENT TO REPAY DEBT. GPS DEVISE DUTIES PROVIDE SUPPORT INSTALLING AND REMOVING VARIOUS ELECTRONIC MONITORING EQUIPMENT AS REQUIRED USING DIRECT SAFETY PRECAUTIONS. PROVIDE SUPPORT WITH DATA ENTRY OF ACTIVE AND POST-ACTIVE CLIENTS, ENSURING SYSTEM INTEGRITY. PROVIDE SUPPORT FOR INVENTORY, SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE OF EQUIPMENT. RETAIN CUSTOMER LOYALTY WHILE EXECUTING PROCESSES FOR COLLECTION OF PAYMENTS.
