Title: Welder III – NY (10 - 12 openings) Duration: 3 months Contract job with possible extension or hire Location: Latham, NY Pay Rate: $19.00 - $29.00/hr on w2 with no benefits Shift: 2nd shift or 3rd shift Description: 5+ years welding experience. Candidates must be able to tig weld on aluminum and stainless steel. 2nd shift and 3rd shift positions Welding skills required for fabricator level position are The ability to read and understand drawings and MI instructions The ability to perform helium leak tight MIG and TIG fillet, overlap, open corner, v-groove and butt welds on 3mm – 12mm aluminum in all positions The ability to perform helium leak tight MIG and TIG fillet, overlap, open corner, v-groove and butt welds on 3mm – 6mm A strong mechanical ability to handle complex assemblies
