Knowledge of traffic control device design, including developing design plans, specifications and estimates for final construction documents. Project Management experience and knowledge of and relationships with professional associations. Ability to manage staff to effectively deliver projects on deadlines, including managing multiple staff working on multiple projects. Ability to train and mentor younger staff in the profession of traffic engineering & ITS. Ability to market the skills of the traffic engineering and ITS practice. JOB SUMMARY Responsible for the overall support of CBRE clients real estate outsourcing contract with a NYC based client. Conducts and documents complex financial and operational analyses and ad hoc projects, including review and investigation of financial data and results, as well as key operational metrics. Ability to decipher complex situations and generated key takeaways and conclusions for presentation to others. Review and understand all financial terms of the CBRE client contract with an ability to ensure both client and CBRE are complying with financial terms such as fees, billbacks, etc. Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Compile, decipher, analyze, and interpret financial information and the ability to accurately explain/report variance activity in verbal and written communications.
