PricewaterhouseCoopers A career in Finance, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to help PwC in all aspects of our Finance internal function including financial planning and reporting, data analysis, and assisting leadership with overall strategy. You'll focus on recording and analysing financial transactions, paying and receiving invoices, maintaining financial statement ledger accounts, and preparing analysis and reconciliations of bills to detect fraud. Our Finance Treasury team manages PwC's capital structure and cash management operations. As part of our team, you'll assist us with financial and enterprise risk management functions, transaction support, investment management, financial planning and reporting operations that includes cash forecasting, and budgeting and account reconciliation. Job Requirements and Preferences : Basic Qualifications : Minimum Degree Required : High School Diploma Minimum Years of Experience : 10 year(s) Preferred Qualifications : Degree Preferred : Bachelor Degree Preferred Knowledge/Skills : Demonstrates extensive thought leader-level abilities with, and/or a proven record of success directing efforts in leading an organization's Treasury function preferably for a professional services firm or similar entity, emphasizing the following areas: Cash and liquidity management; Debt and capital management; Market risk management; and, Insurance Programs such as professional indemnity, and all other insurance coverages. Demonstrates extensive thought leader-level abilities with, and/or a proven record of success directing efforts within a professional services environment, in the following areas: Developing and articulating Treasury's mission and value add to the firm; Overseeing well controlled high volume cash management function with including complying with regulatory requirements (FBAR, OFAC etc.); Recommending capital structure to firm leadership and implementing as appropriate to support the firm's growth; Creatively and efficiently sourcing all of the firm's liquidity including bank loans, debt, securitization, leasing; Maintaining compliance with SEC auditor independence rules with respect to lending arrangements Utilizing analytical and quantitative skills in the areas of corporate finance and hedging; Development and oversight of foreign exchange exposure measurement and management systems resulting in hedging as appropriate; Measuring and hedging as appropriate the firm's exposure to interest rate volatility; Arranging partner capital financing programs on favorable terms; Developing and managing creditor relationships andeffectively communicating the firm's strategies, operational and financial performance to creditors; Supporting Retirement Plan Trustees in the investing of retirement assets including asset allocation, investment manager selection, and monitoring; Developing other investment programs / portfolios as needed; Structuring and implementing practice protection insurance program(s) and other firm insurance coverages; Developing and maintaining multiple key senior level relationships, externally and internally; Working/liaising with PwC Global and/or other PwC territories in the network; Coaching and development of team; Creating treasury policies and monitoring for firm's compliance; Updating key stakeholders (e.g., the Finance Committee of the Board) on Treasury activities and making recommendations / obtain approvals for initiatives as appropriate; and, Serving on and contributing to firm committees and subsidiary boards.
