CVS Health Job Description As the Product Marketing Director, you will be responsible for leading the B2B marketing efforts of our PBM product portfolio for payors. You will lead a team that will develop and execute well-defined marketing plans. It will be your responsibility to ensure business partners are aligned with the plans and positioning intended to drive toward success measures of the plans. The B2B audience is focused on the decision makers within payors including employers, health plans and consultants. You will help lead segmentation and targeting of this audience as well as deeply understanding the needs and hot buttons for this audience. Your key work will be in positioning, messaging, plan development and execution of including well-defined multi-channel marketing plans. These plans will incorporate field marketing to enable the sales force to sell benefits of programs and measurement development to measure progress and/or success. Some of your focus areas will include: - Prioritizing marketing work across the portfolio and ensuring new capabilities and updates are positioned appropriately in the market - Developing effective marketing plans to support and drive product awareness and adoption goals - Executing audience-specific strategies from campaigns to account-based marketing that include message development, production and delivery of content types, implementation across communication channels and keeping all projects on time - Providing the sales team with the right amount of knowledge and resources to effectively deliver positioning and the benefits of the key programs to their customers You will own the go-to-market strategy and ensure delivery as planned by engaging and effectively working across the PBM and Specialty Product team. The tangible results of your work will include: - Buyer personas that provide structure and insight for a company - Positioning and messaging that attracts and converts prospects and leads - Sales enablement materials that help reps close more deals - Competitive intelligence that gives the team a deep understanding of the market - Strategy and launch plans that outline in detail how the product will be promoted and sold As a leader at CVS Health the work you do will ensure we remain on the forefront of the Healthcare industry in the dynamic PBM Marketplace. Required Qualifications * 10 or more years of B2B marketing experience that includes segmentation, customer-centric approach, business analysis, brand/business building, marketing mix development and content marketing Preferred Qualifications * Experience developing short- and long-term marketing strategies * Demonstrated leader and strong driver of results with a proven ability to turn strategy into action * Highly developed interpersonal skills, this includes listening, verbal and written, to evolve CVS Specialty messaging while soliciting input of dozens of leaders and SMEs, with diverse points of view * Listening and facilitation skills will be needed to deliver all the marketing components and craft and refine the stories * Excellent relationship-building skills including ability to influence and impact and build consensus across all levels of the organization. * Experience with public relations and various media channels (earned and paid) including influencer strategy Education * Bachelors Degree is required * Masters Degree is preferred Business Overview It's a new day in health care.
