Required Education and Experience
Prior experience directly assigned to the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM); or
Prior military experience with a rank of noncommissioned officer (NCO) or above and a bachelor’s degree (current MBA students encouraged to apply).
A background in sales, communications, or public relations could be helpful. There is some on-the-job training, but we expect you to be able to learn quickly on your own.

The Sr Operations Financial Analyst provides financial leadership for the Britton plant to the Director of Manufacturing and the plant management staff. The position is responsible for cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, monthly close, annual external audits for the manufacturing function, monthly plant reporting and variance analysis, and providing financial leadership for the manufacturing plant.

Commercial general contractor specializing in ground-up construction and commercial remodeling, with emphasis on retail and restaurant construction, is seeking construction superintendents who are aggressive in tackling challenges head-on, and driving the construction projects to a timely completion.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Direct supervision, scheduling and coordination of the daily activities of all onsite operations from pre-construction through the close-out phase. Maintain construction schedule and manage general conditions costs and costs of GC self performed scopes of work. Maintaining effective, direct communication with clients, suppliers and subcontractors. You will have direct client contact and you must represent yourself well and represent the company in a professional manner at all times. Insure that the work is being performed according to plans and specifications and that the work performed is quality. Have knowledge of applicable codes and maintain a safe job site. Maintain job records, job photos, and documentation addressing all project issues. Assist in the collection and execution of required close-out documents. Manage and complete the project punch list.
QUALIFICATIONS: Must have previous experience as a construction superintendent. Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented and willing to work in a fast-paced environment. Must have excellent communication, time management, organizational and problem solving skills. Must be Proficient with MS Office (word and excel). Microsoft Project a plus.
Performs skilled work in testing, construction, troubleshooting and commissioning of substation equipment.
Minimum 5 yrs experience substation testing.
Able to follow company safety rules and practices
Must have strong PC skills
Electrical testing: Field Testing, Doble, TTR, Power Factor, HiPot, Ct's etc.
Relays: Electro-mechanical, solid state and microprocessor testing and programming
Perform acceptance testing of transmission and distribution substation power equipment to include but not limited to: Low, medium and high voltage circuit breaker testing- Insulation testing, contact resistance, Power Factor, breaker timing, SF6 gas analysis, CT testing, high current testing, secondary injection tests.
Able to apply test procedures for various types of relay test equipment
Assist with planning, scheduling and completing test activities efficiently, on time without service interruptions
Experience with three phase power systems, power system protection and control systems, test equipment and test equipment software
Job may require travel throughout California
Appropriate safety training and safety equipment will be provided as required
FR clothing and appropriate PPE required on all projects
Minimum Required: High School diploma or GED. Supplemental electrical training desired.
Associate of Electrical Technology (AET) or equivalent specialized training in system protection

To work with us, you must have your own business license and liability insurance. If you don’t have those already, we can forward insurance company contacts to you. There are two other park systems that dog walkers use, so if you don’t want to get a permit, we just ask you to please not walk your dogs in EBRPD parks.
You will be paid 60% of what the client pays us.
We have many ICs who have worked with us for a long time, (two for 10 years,) probably because we have a “team” approach and support ICs in many ways, whether it’s going out to help you find a dog who’s bolted on the trail or finding you clients in the area you want to work.
