Rebdolls Passaic, NJ Rebdolls - Marketing We are a missy and plus size fashion brand who believes all women deserve amazing fashion. As a minority and woman-lead brand we know that now more than ever the world needs more diversity in fashion. We strive for great quality and well-fitting clothes in sizes Small - 5X. In May 2015, we adopted our slogan #SEXYFORALL to bring about size diversity awareness in the fashion industry. Join the movement (and our team) to help bring lasting change to the fashion community. We're looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team, take ownership of our paid advertising budget, and accelerate website sales—especially from new customers. Reporting to the CEO, the Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for building and optimizing all aspects of the Rebdolls paid advertising program, with a focus on paid social. If you love digging into data, finding growth and optimization opportunities, and driving ROAS, this role is for you. What You'll Do: Manage Campaigns. You'll identify and execute campaign management tactics daily across multiple campaign types (e.g. social, shopping, search) including account structure, settings, targeting, creative, bidding, A/B testing, analytics and more. Optimize Constantly. You'll work to increase CTR, conversion rate, and sales through best practice adoption and continuous testing effort, all while improving ROAS as we grow. Hit Growth Targets. We've got some aggressive goals, and you're fired up to try to exceed them with quick and precise execution. You'll find opportunities for growth and efficiency that we haven't thought of yet, and chart your own course to realize them. Budget, Test and Iterate. We have a healthy budget across platforms and accounts. You'll own that spend, allocate dollars and time efficiently, run tests, report, and iterate to improve performance. Self-direct and Prioritize. There's so much you could do, but you'll focus on what you should do, right away. To-do lists fear you and executives love you because you get the high-impact things done first and so quickly. Who You Are: Master Classer. You're aware of the latest PPC best practices. You're confident you can make an impact. But you're also humble enough to know you need to follow some eCommerce masters—because this industry changes, fast. Detail Lover. You understand that one false keystroke can topple an entire attribution empire. One typo can hurt our brand. And one product feed error can shut down an entire account. This is not a “fast and loose” role, and you like it that way. Number Cruncher. After your last two plus years in eCommerce, you know paid advertising is a numbers game. Mental math might not come naturally, but it helps if it does. (Formulas and pivot tables do, too.) Revenue & Efficiency Driver. The beauty and the challenge of paid advertising is how easily it's tied to revenue. That thrills you, because you're going to make a direct impact on the bottom line and the lives of your coworkers. Ambitious Executer. You've crushed campaign management in paid social or Google shopping before, have some eCommerce experience or certifications under your belt, and are ready to take on more campaigns, more budget, or both. Minimum Qualifications: At least 2 years experience directly managing paid eCommerce campaigns Direct management of >$10,000 monthly budgets Ability to self-manage and prioritize Proven experience scaling purchases or increasing efficiency Understanding of Facebook ad best practices Familiarity with ad copy and landing page testing eCommerce or fashion industry experience a plus Preferably worked in-house, not at an agency We recognize that asking you to give 100% of yourself on daily basis, requires us to show you the love and offer a package that can only be described as best in class within the retail space today! · Amazing Employee Discount Program (35%) · Company Sponsored Medical (HMO & PPO Options), Dental, & Vision Plans · Company Paid Life, Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, & Employee Assistance Plans · 401(k) Program (100% Match Up to 5% of Pay) · Individual & Team Based Leadership Development Programs · Positive Company Culture that Celebrates both Personal & Company Milestones · 15 Vacation Days + 5 Sick Days + 10 Holidays Aside from the amazing array of tangible benefits and perks, Rebdolls offers you the chance to make a daily impact on a global business.
