The Payments, Virtual Solutions, and Innovation (PVSI) team includes Operations, Consumer Credit Card, Retail Services, Consumer Deposits, the Innovation Group, Treasury Management, Merchant Services, Marketing and Wells Fargo Virtual Channels and the professional services teams that partner with these businesses. This position serves as project manager, writer, editor, and consultant on assigned Treasury Management communications for the TM Proposal and Communication Center. The Business Communications Consultant partners with the sales/relationship teams to completely understand the project requirements, recommend solutions, hold all partners accountable to the timeline, and ensure the final deliverable differentiates Wells Fargo. We seek a detail oriented writer and communicator. This role has a high degree of accountability and responsibility. The Business Communications Consultant must: Manage multiple projects, including RFPs, presentations, and various other customer-facing communications simultaneously and effectively; document the process, report status, resolve problems, and recommend solutions Lead kickoff calls; gathering important information to determine how to best position Wells Fargo in response to the proposal request Understand customer/prospect strategic drivers and create compelling messages to highlight Wells Fargo as the best in class provider Edit and recommend enhancements to the executive summary or presentation to address the client's specific needs and desired outcomes; recommend solutions and provide evidence to support Wells Fargo's ability to meet our client's expectations while integrating customer insight and story telling Edit draft proposal responses to customize and ensure win themes are consistently addressed throughout the proposal Ensure all information is consistent with our brand message, business objectives, and stylistic standards Understand and incorporate the Wells Fargo Wholesale communication strategy Present information with compelling graphics whenever possible Ensure final deliverable complies with all project submission requirements Actively participate in complex cross-function projects that require agreement among partners with competing objectives Nights and weekends may be required **This position may be open to other Treasury Management office locations** Required Qualifications 2+ years of communications experience Desired Qualifications Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills A BS/BA degree or higher Other Desired Qualifications Proven results developing complex charts, graphs, tables, and moderate maps according to brand standards, while offering a consultative approach and multiple solutions 1+ years experience updating templates, color palettes, or instructions for project types or procedures 1+ years experience in presentation design and/or print design 1+ years graphic design experience 2+ years proposal writing experience and/or 2 + years treasury management experience Extremely high level of organization, project management skills, attention to detail and exceptional time management skills required 2+ years experience creating customer facing materials Ability to work independently while keeping all stakeholders informed of progress Strong writing, editing, interpersonal communication, and teamwork skills Salary Information The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.
