Scope :  The Development Manager will assist with all stages of internal land development projects from concept to construction. The role will ensure viable projects are identified, analyzed, and completed to generate new revenue producing units – primarily manufactured housing sites. This person should have previous experience with zoning, entitlements, and project management. Responsibilities :       Maintain a queue for all potential and active projects. Lead research on zoning and entitlement to identify potential projects. Generate viable concept plans by liaising with engineers, municipalities, and attorneys.
