We are currently looking for a Senior Specialist  to join the ENERCON Team in Abu Dhabi, UAE .   Brief Scope of Work: Perform duties to support internal/external oversight evaluations (WANO/IAEA/NSRB/CNP/ Operational Readiness Exercises) on Units 1 through 4 for fuel load milestones to the assigned functional area. This includes supporting Nawah functions readiness and response to external oversight evaluations. Through the assessment of current performance, assistance and guidance to functions through the external oversight process and provision of robust challenge and oversight on the content and delivery of corrective action plans to close Operational performance gaps. Responsibilities and Accountabilities: (1) Support Operational Readiness Through self-assessments, reviews, Operational Exercise Assessments and observations, develop policies, plans and procedures for the effective management of external oversight Assist the development and maintenance of performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of functional response to findings and recommendations to gap closure. (2) External Support and Review Oversee all aspects of external oversight evaluations, to include:  Scheduling, coordination, reporting and follow-up to external oversight evaluations of functional areas  Ongoing training, guidance and support to functional areas  Develop information packages for external review teams  Develop and obtain approval for functional self-assessment plans  Conduct self-assessments and develop self-assessment reports  Coordinate analysis of issues and development of effective corrective actions  Coordinate demonstration of effective close-out for external oversight related findings  Provide periodic updates to management including key performance indicators. We are currently recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to support our client at Hanford site in WA The Mechanical Design Engineer preforms Engineering job functions as assigned by management. Typical job responsibilities assist and support management in engineering equipment design and development; system design; materials testing; review, checking and commenting on designs/drawings/data prepared by other engineers and subcontractors; and engineering studies and report preparation. The charter of the T Plant Facilities are to provide waste storage with limited treatment for the Waste and Fuels Management Project. T Plant personnel perform all necessary facility/project operations and are responsible for work assignment, regulatory compliance, safety, training, radiological control, maintenance, Quality Assurance (QA), process engineering, configuration control, and subcontractor activities within these areas.  Engineering and Technical Support provides W&FMP with engineering and technical oversight and support. Responsible for evaluating facility and equipment performance, troubleshooting operational anomalies, and assessing plant conditions and events. Ensures engineered systems incorporate appropriate controls and systems for safe and compliant operation. Provides facility Nuclear and Criticality Safety function and manages implementation of USQ program for facility line management. Provides timely technical support for emergency preparedness, readiness review, and technical response team support.  Qualify and perform as a Design Authority on T Plant Mechanical HVAC systems. Provide the facilities with engineering support to maintain and upgrade plant support equipment. Provide support for the other engineering disciplines. Perform design reviews as required for the project.  Provide general Mechanical Engineering services to W&FMP Engineering supported facilities.  Become the technical authority for the systems, responsible for all technical aspects of maintenance and operations.  Perform system walk-downs, document deficiencies, prepare technical resolutions and drive repairs.  Maintain configuration management of the systems.  Ensure regulatory, code and safety basis compliance.  Prepare and maintain operating and maintenance procedures and data sheets.  Prepare design changes for system improvements.  Procure replacement and spare parts within the quality program.  Support plant project upgrade work.  Become knowledgeable of the facilities safety basis and upgrade to USQ screener if required.  Provide technical direction to Facility Operations and Maintenance organizations for performance of operating procedures and maintenance and surveillance activities.  Daily interface with Management, Project organization, Operations, Work Planning, Radiation Control, Nuclear Safety, Maintenance and bargaining unit personnel to support project goals and objectives by providing timely and sound technical direction. We are looking for a skilled handyman with some experience in painting, tiling, electrical, carpentry, plumbing and furniture  assembly.  We have full time and part-time positions.The candidate must be able to pass a criminal background check, have a good driving record and own a smartphone. Perform troubleshooting and repair of an existing British Standards electrical system at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar. Work shall include but not be limited to examination, repair and installation of terminations, connectivity, continuity, checking integrity of cables and conductors, panel schedule development, Control System troubleshooting and reporting findings to the Electrical Design Engineer of Record.
