Responsibilities ·         Mechanical and Electrical installation of new and remanufactured die casting machines and peripheral equipment.  ·         Technical support for customers via telephone or on-site service ·         Report writing to document work and/or recommendations to customers ·         Extensive travel in North America.  Periodic travel to Europe ·         Physical labor may include lifting 50lb tools and/or parts.

The position of Field Service Technician is responsible for troubleshooting and correcting any customer fixture problems promptly, efficiently, and with a strong focus on the customer relationship. This position reports to the Manager, Field Service and works on customer locations with minimal responsibility, as well as assisting the Quality Team with product improvement projects to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.   What Will You Do? I am looking for someone who is not afraid to work in bad weather conditions and for long hours.  We need people to work on our sidewalk snow removal team operating snow blowers, snow brooms, snowrators and ATV's. We also want people who would be motivated to eventually learn to operate plow trucks, skid steers and salt truck drivers as well.
