The purpose of this position is to provide Administrative and Instructional leadership for all operations of the Aims Automotive programs to include, but not limited to: recruiting, selecting, supervising, and evaluating full time employees; identifying and recruiting qualified full-time and part-time faculty; assuming responsibility for faculty utilization, and coordinating all scheduling, in consultation with Academic Dean, to ensure a functional class schedule; developing, implementing, and overseeing program budgets; representing the College in the region through participation in community, education, business, industry, and civic organizations and activities, as well as in a variety of academically related settings; participating in appropriate College academic and administrative meetings and representing the Automotive programs with all other areas of the College as needed; performing other duties and assume other responsibilities assigned by the Academic Dean; working...
