Our Composite Technicians are responsible for creating and preparing the composites parts and the final assembly of the window unit’s outer shell/frame.  The creation of our composite parts begins with a lay up process where only dry materials are used.  A Gerber machine is operated to cut all parts, heat resistant foam materials are laid onto the window unit shell, then a heat gun is used to bind the materials onto the shell.  After the lay up process is complete, the shell is then vacuum sealed before being placed into oven. We are currently seeking for a truck repair helper who's main responsibility will be working on box truck and trailer repair. We are looking for someone who will enjoy the ins and outs of daily assembly or disassembly of trucks, and ability to take instructions. Responsibilities include: Disassemble vehicles Refit new parts such as bumpers, fenders, grills, moldings, and other bolt-on items Assist the Body Technician in checking all parts for accuracy before starting the repair and notify the parts coordinator of any incorrect parts or other discrepancies. Assume responsibility for all parts assigned to your portion of each job. Assist with replacing aluminum and fiberglass panels Working with blind and solid rivets Assist with replacing roof panels Assist with structural repairs on box structure Learning to replace parts like bumpers, mirrors, step rails, lights ect. This position manually sands/layout/peel and clean various motorcycle parts. You will use a wide variety of tools to repair scratches and imperfections in the specified motorcycle part. Works with other team members to ensure parts are completed in a timely manner to be packaged and loaded onto a truck for shipment.
