Summary : Safely drives market truck with capacity of more than thirty tons transporting animals to and from specified farm and plant destinations. Essential Job Responsibilities:   SAFETY Wear seatbelt anytime vehicle is in motion Safely operate tractor/trailer combination unit with high center of gravity Follow required and recommended safety practices and procedures Report all accidents promptly through proper authorities   OPERATIONS Successfully complete a Road Test and be issued a certificate Properly Pre-Trip and Post-Trip the equipment Work in single driver environment Handle shipping documents to insure accuracy and timely submission Position equipment properly to safely load and offload animals at farm or plant destination Drive day/night in variety of climates and traffic Use on-board computer Maintain logs, DVIR, itinerary, and other paperwork as required Fuel equipment and properly use on-board computer (or turns in logs) daily   PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Must be...
