The Regional Security Operations Center (RSOC) Supervisor oversees all duties and responsibilities of RSOC Leads and Operators and quality control for superior customer service, production, and output for 24x7x365 operation in conjunction with RSOC management and client expectations. This person assures that all RSOC positions are staffed with qualified personnel to ensure all control protocols are followed. In addition, the RSOC Supervisor in conjunction with client and SIS’s training department will ensure adherence and implementation of RSOC training components including pre-assignment, ongoing, and ancillary training programs.
