The Healthcare Treasury Management Sales Consultant Job description: * This individual develops and supports sales opportunities with hospitals and healthcare systems in the large corporate vertical market (health systems with greater than $750MM in annual revenue). * The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of healthcare payments processing, revenue cycle operations, and treasury management with working capital solutions consulting. * This position will coordinate with relationship managers and other internal stakeholders to optimize the client experience and exceed sales performance metrics. Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: sales, business development, or treasury management Desired Qualifications Strong negotiation and influence skills Experience exceeding established sales and customer satisfaction goals Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Strong presentation skills Experience with electronic healthcare billing/payment product(s) Knowledge and understanding of treasury management industry, products and services Expert consultative sales skills Strong prospecting, sales, negotiation, and influence skills Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills 7+ years of treasury management products or services sales experience Ability to actively participate on client calls and make presentations An active Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation A BS/BA degree or higher Other Desired Qualifications 3-5 years of experience large integrated health systems and health insurance organizations Experience working with large integrated health systems and health insurance organizations Experience exceeding established sales and customer satisfaction goals Understanding of revenue cycle process and solutions Ability to provide thought leadership and consultative sales skills Experience in a team based sales approach Ability to deliver dynamic presentations to business clients Job Expectations Ability to travel up to 50% of the time Disclaimer All offers for employment with Wells Fargo are contingent upon the candidate having successfully completed a criminal background check.
