Wells Fargo's In-House Agency (IHA) is looking for a Digital Producer to drive and coordinate digital projects in our digital development production team, and to tightly coordinate projects with our video and digital campaign management teams to deliver high-impact experiences across every screen Wells Fargo marketing touches. More specifically, we're looking for a project management Zen-master with serious passion for digital production across websites, microsites, CMS system deployments, e-mail programs, paid media, apps, kiosks, event installations and more. This person will have a proven ability to brainstorm possibilities, identify and manage critical paths through digital development projects, has the know-how to organize and run efficient projects, and is a "connector" who can network with internal and external teams to marshal the resources needed to reliably deliver great results and help evolve the Wells Fargo brand in today's marketplace. If you think you're up for it, read on. This Digital Producer will be joining a vibrant in-house agency that has gone through a dramatic transformation in the last 24 months. We're rebuilding the Wells Fargo brand while building an agency community of inclusiveness and camaraderie. The Digital Producer will be part of a specialized team reporting to our Digital Group Creative Director and will take their place in a robust team of digital talent, featuring in-house Front- and Back-end development teams, a Video Motion Graphics team, a CX strategy team, and dedicated social and technology support experts who share responsibility for digital innovation and adoption across marketing teams and programs at Wells Fargo. In partnership with other agency team members, this person will project manage campaign-level work across various Wells Fargo Lines of Business -- while also developing programs and techniques that distinctly express our brand and increase productivity. Key Responsibilities Include: Ideating solutions and possibilities based on systems in place and available with each new project Planning and coordination of digital development production for integrated marketing campaigns across our various LOB's Facilitating CX, Digital Development, Creative, Account and partner teams in successful end-to-end project delivery Serving as an agency knowledge-bank for digital project planning, channel governance, compliance and assessment of feasibility Preparing comprehensive documentation in support of internal creative teams and clients in development and approval of digital project solutions from intake and scoping documents to project plans, requirements, testing plans and deployment communications Partnering with Account, Strategy, Creative, Video Production and Project Management colleagues to ensure on-time and on-brief execution and delivery Ensuring adherence to best practices and adoption of new approaches that put our team at the top of their game and our brand ahead of the competition Working closely with other creative team leaders to build our culture of inspired talent and creative problem solvers Identifying and managing external development partners as part of our extended team to bring in extended skills and capacity when needed Representing the IHA team in both internal and client presentations, effectively communicating both strategic quality and creative rationale Maintaining a thorough and current awareness of the competitive and cultural landscape as it pertains to communications in digital/social/mobile customer touchpoints Required Qualifications 4+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: marketing, digital marketing, digital platforms (i.e mobile or social media) Desired Qualifications 5 + years of digital marketing experience Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills A BS/BA degree or higher Other Desired Qualifications 5+ years of marketing/advertising project management experience 3+ years of Digital/Web production experience Demonstrated experience managing digital projects (requirements gathering, solution brainstorming, production schedules, budgets) Well-versed in digital project management, platforms, coding language and constraints, as well as requirements for various channels including owned, social, and paid outlets. Breadth of experience in production integration including data capture and validation solutions, Web Services applications, API applications, etc. Exceptional organizational and time management skills with an ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities Resourceful, self-motivated and passionate about learning and teaching about new technologies A diplomatic approach to giving and receiving feedback and critiques A willingness to look beyond the day-to-day work stream and seek out opportunities A commitment to ongoing, productive collaboration and teamwork with agency teams as well as with client partners Marketing agency experience and/or a combination of in-house/client-side experience Salary Information The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.
