In support of this mission, Marketing is responsible for developing integrated marketing strategies across Wells Fargo's business lines and geographies; leading brand strategy; leveraging deep insights and analytics about consumers and businesses; executing customer messaging across all channels and touchpoints; and building out capabilities that move toward real-time, always-on, personalized and compelling messaging and digital experiences. Wells Fargo Marketing is searching for a dynamic, digital savvy marketer to drive integrated marketing campaigns targeting clients and prospective clients across multiple lines of business within Wealth & Investment Management (WIM). As part of our broader centralized Integrated Marketing organization which leads campaign development across all lines of business in the enterprise, this role will focus primarily on initiatives for Wells Fargo Advisors and The Private Bank. We are looking for an innovative marketer with a passion for designing best-in-class marketing communications. The savvy marketer will demonstrate a genuine passion for customer-centricity and insights, and will partner with other cross-functional teams to architect end-to-end client touch-point strategies that enhance client engagement. He/she will have an understanding of the role of content marketing, as well as building and enhancing digital user journeys that are highly engaging. Strong creative prowess and exceptional experience in channel planning, coordination and delivery are core non-negotiables for the marketer. He/she should be data-driven, and have the ability to successfully work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines. He/she should demonstrate a zest for continuous learning and optimization. Candidates should demonstrate a passion in these key areas: improvement over settling for the status quo; responding to change over following a plan; and customer-focused collaboration over silos and hierarchy. Responsibilities: Consult, plan, develop, and execute marketing communication campaigns and programs that drive business impact Work cross-functionally to develop, implement, and execute campaigns across channels Develop test-and-learn approaches and pilot new communication tests that drive engagement Segment client populations to architect communications touch points for different audience profiles Lead agencies to develop and deploy messaging and creative elements that enhance the client experience Monitor and synthesize data and insights from various sources and analytics teams to continually identify areas for improvement and future testing - all aligned against KPIs Study the competitive and external landscape to constantly stay abreast of digital marketing innovations, best practices and emerging technologies to improve performance as needed Measure the impact of campaigns and draw actionable conclusions to apply learnings to future campaigns Required Qualifications 6+ years of marketing experience Desired Qualifications A BS/BA degree or higher Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to influence and collaborate at all internal organizational levels Other Desired Qualifications Experience and understanding of new and emerging tactics and techniques in digital marketing Cross channel digital expertise, including paid tactics such as display, video, mobile, social, and content marketing Thorough understanding of, and appreciation for, customer journey mapping, audience segmentation and targeting for integrated deployment across channels Strong organizational skills and project management experience Experience in directing or managing vendor and agency relationships to yield high quality outputs Proven ability to influence, articulate a point of view and demonstrate exceptional partnering and negotiation skills Ensure adherence to Legal, Compliance, and Privacy regulations and policies related to marketing communications Salary Information The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.
