The Payments, Virtual Solutions, and Innovation (PVSI) team includes Operations, Consumer Credit Card, Retail Services, Consumer Deposits, the Innovation Group, Treasury Management, Merchant Services, Marketing and Wells Fargo Virtual Channels and the professional services teams that partner with these businesses. Our guiding principles are to start with the customer, move faster, and partner effectively. Treasury Management is a key part of our Payments, Virtual Solutions and Innovation team. Wells Fargo is one of the largest providers of Treasury Management services in the U.S. Treasury Management helps customers optimize their cash flow while mitigating their operational, financial, and reputational risk. We focus on creating operating efficiencies, cost and time savings by delivering treasury solutions through a consultative approach. Treasury Management Product is seeking a Global Product Management Manager 1 to join our team. In this role you will bring a healthy balance of Treasury Management knowledge, customer needs insight, market intelligence and lead a cross-organizational team. Responsibilities include: Lead a team of product managers responsible for Wells Fargo's Check Collection products to include: WFED/Image Cash Letter, Direct Clearing Services, Paper Checks Deposited, Smart Decision (accounts receivable conversion of checks to ACH), Return Items, Float Pricing, Global Check Collection, Foreign Check Collection, FIG/GPS International Check Products. Provide consultative and check subject matter expertise support to Desktop Deposit and Mobile Deposit. Develop a multi-year strategic product roadmap to include vision, execution strategy, development prioritization, customer onboarding and pricing simplification and distribution platforms. Engage senior level decision makers to gain support and buy-in for your product vision, execution strategy and investment needs. Evangelize the product vision with internal and external stakeholders. Foster strong relationships with vendors and partners. Ensure teams efforts are integrated with partner lines of business; sales, implementation, service, technology, operations and risk management. Provide leadership to project teams; identify project goals, objectives, deliverables, constraints and issues; monitor completion of tasks to ensure that project goals are achieved. Organizational Awareness - Having and using knowledge of systems, situations, pressures, and culture within the company to identify potential organizational problems and opportunities; perceiving the impact and the implications of decisions on other components of the company as well as the impact on investors, customers, and clients. Accomplish management responsibilities which include sourcing and hiring talented team members, providing ongoing coaching and feedback, recognizing and developing team members, identifying and managing risks, and completing daily management tasks. *Preferred location are as posted, however open to other Wells Fargo locations* Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in product management, strategic planning or a combination of both, with one or a combination of the following: treasury, trade or payments products 2+ years of leadership experience Desired Qualifications A BS/BA degree or higher Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to provide leadership to a matrixed organization environment Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important Facilitation skills, including ability to facilitate decision-making and broker agreements amongst diverse, differing, and/or conflicting perspectives/priorities Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills with ability to turn findings into strategic imperatives Solid creative and strategic thinking skills Leadership skills including; coaching, training, and mentoring Treasury management experience Other Desired Qualifications Working knowledge of check payment laws and regulations to include Reg. CC, UCC, FRB Operating Circulars, and Check 21. Working knowledge of domestic and international check clearing networks. Working knowledge of Wells Fargo's check processing platforms Strategy development expertise with experience developing product roadmaps Ability to drive product innovation based on evolving customer needs, technological evolution, and dynamic market conditions Strategic leadership experience around creating and achieving a desired future state vision through influence on individual and group goals, reinforcements and systems. Results oriented with outstanding ability to motivate teams and mobilize the resources to accomplish objectives. Experience with attracting, mentoring, retaining and promoting talented and productive staff. Excellent communicator with the ability to quickly tailor the message to the right audience Experience with demonstrating strong integrity, accuracy, consistency, big picture, detail orientation and business acumen.
