Service current national accounts and reps
Follow up regularly after closing a sale to ensure client satisfaction
Respond promptly to customer queries and complaints to find solutions and defuse tension
Pass on issues to Department Manager when needed
When needed cold-calling, email etc. to meet sales targets
Send reports on sales activity, accounts status and possible issues
Enter lead and customers within 2 hours of making contact.
Identifies market potential by qualifying accounts.
Initiates sales process by scheduling appointments; making initial presentation; understanding account requirements.
Closes sales by building rapport with potential account; explaining product and service capabilities; overcoming objections.
Expands sales in existing accounts by introducing new products and services.
Contributes information to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions from accounts.
Recommends new products and services by evaluating current product results; identifying needs to be filled.
Accomplishes marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed
Identifying new areas of needs to be filled.
Up-to-date job knowledge by participating in training
