Information Systems In Information Systems, you'll connect and empower every aspect of our global organization through excellence in technology and services. This includes investing in growth-enabling solutions as well as systems that integrate our supply chain from procurement to manufacturing, and customer service to logistics. You'll help Mondelz International implement the right business capabilities, powered by better information. The Data Warehouse Solution Architect defines design options and standards for all aspects of BI and Analytics Data Warehouse solutions globally which includes guiding projects utilizing the "right" design. The architect should be experienced SAP Business Warehouse and SAP HANA but should also have experience in other BI tools especially modern cloud based solutions like "Snowflake". Main Responsibilities Collaboration Work closely with the Enterprise Architect in formulating technology roadmaps, standards, best practices and guiding principles Provide SME knowledge on technology usage Work with and provide input to Enterprise Architecture in evaluating new/enhanced DWH solutions for bringing new capabilities based on the business requirements, then support project teams in implementing these new technologies Work with infrastructure teams and Enterprise Architecture on DWH tools to remain current in terms of the versions and feature upgrades if any. Participate in the Information and Analytics Community of Practice to educate, guide on principles, standards and patterns Act as an advisor to the IS Enterprise Software team to ensure Mondelez is compliant with licensing allocations and in the procurement of new/additional BI tool licenses as needed Act as a SME to teams supporting incident management of DWH issues Governance and project support Work with project partners around the world in their time zones. Define and enforce standards and guidelines for DWH development, operations and support Ensure that projects within the BI project portfolio are in sync with the global technology roadmap Support system design and sizing activities for projects Responsible for managing the DWH license portfolio Program lead for the technical DWH projects Innovation Understanding best of breed DWH technologies, and analyzing their capabilities through proof of concepts Look for opportunities to improve current processes or find efficiencies by applying industry best practices for BI development Defines design options and standards for all aspects of DWH solutions across all global business units with specific focus on cloud Commercialize new DWH features and tools Support pilot implementations of new DWH features and tools Support the D&A community (which provides virtual/web-based BI training to the larger org) for DWH technologies. 4-5 years of Experience designing and implementing SAP-BW and HANA (including hybrid) data warehouse solutions Experience with integration of Data Prep/Blending Solutions like Alteryx, Datastage. Experience with integration of Tableau and Power BI in SAP-BW/HANA environment Experience with moving Infra to Microsoft Azure cloud a plus Experience with SAP BW/HANA and Hadoop Backends from a Query Design/Optimization perspective Experience championining end-user self-service at a large scale Experience with next generation DWH solutions in the cloud (Snowflake, etc.) Bachelor's Degree Functional Competency Enterprise Architecture Technology Expertise Solution Management Mondelz Global LLC is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
