We are looking for an individual to oversee our company’s accounts payable and receivables as well as perform a variety of duties, such as bookkeeping, tenant invoices, make deposits, reconcile accounts payable and receivable. Some of the responsibilities include; reviewing and reconciling accounts, processing payments to vendors, maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts, and to ensure timely payments. To be successful in this role, you should have a  background in Finance or Bookkeeping and be familiar with computers and software, both Word and Excell.

ENGINEERING ASSISTANT I The Village of Wilmette is seeking to fill the full-time position of Engineering Assistant I in the Engineering and Public Works Department.  The person in this position will report to the Village Engineer.     General Responsibilities : The Engineering Assistant I will assist the Engineering and Public Works Department in the planning, design and inspection of public improvement projects.
