GENERAL DESCRIPTION Perform tire and wheel maintenance processes per the maintenance support requirements. Enters documentation of maintenance in NALCOMIS (VIDSMAFs). DUTIES The AW shall have demonstrated maintenance knowledge, experience, and working level skills/ability in: CNAFINST 4790.2 (series) requirements. Aircraft and SE tire and wheel maintenance procedures, per NAVAIR 04-10-506, Aircraft Tires and Tubes and NAVAIR 01-1A-503, Maintenance of Aeronautical Antifriction Bearings. The AW shall have a minimum of one (1)year in the last ten (10) years aircraft maintenance experience at an I level of repair (with emphasis in aviation tire and wheel maintenance processes) to the level of effort and complexity of the requirements of this SOW.
