Inside Sales Representative - Commerce City, CO

We are looking for a professional to support our Sales Team!

We are seeking an ambitious Inside Sales Representative for our Commerce City, CO location. This position provides an extreme customer experience through assisting customers and outside sales managers over the phone with all aspects of customer service by supporting customer needs to include, order entry, product, website and existing order status questions.

Expectations of the Role:

• Updates customer information in computer system and expedites orders.
• Handles all aspects of customer inquiries and requests to include product selection, sample requests and non-stock items, basic returns, price quotes, special pricing, status of orders, etc.
• Makes follow-up calls to customers regarding order information.
• Supplies information to leader and outside sales managers with regard to customer feedback concerning satisfaction of service or products.
• Help customers navigate our website and assist them in placing an online order or registering for an account.
• Prior fastener knowledge is a plus!

• 2- 3 years of prior customer service and/or sales support experience is a plus.
• Ability to use computers and maneuver through databases and applicable software to include Microsoft Office.
• Excellent phone skills with a professional voice tone when talking with customers and sales managers.
• Ability to handle difficult customer questions or situations.
• Strong organizational, accuracy skills and multi-tasking ability.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze situations and make confident, sound decisions.
