The position is fully-remote, great for the stay-at-home career seeker or those who would like to add another stream of income to their resume. No prior experience is required as you will be fully trained through the company.

My mission is to seek highly motivated, competent, capable and committed business partners to become licensed agents and head into the field to provide the services that meet the “Needs” of our clients.

Work Types

We offer 3 types of work-effort 1. Full Time, 2. Part Time, 3. Referral Partner depending on your current employment schedule.

Most of our new agents start off as Referral or Part time prior to transitioning to full time but still make the same commissions as our full timers. You get to work with A+ Rated financial companies across the nation. Best part about this opportunity, it’s all remote.

Job Description

⁃ Develop Financial Need Analysis (FNA) for Clients that encompasses - Debt, Income, Taxes, Savings and much more.

⁃ Place families and individuals in a financial position of advantage for some of these following:

1. Protect Assets/Funds

2. Build and Leave a Legacy

3. Strategize your finances through Index Strategies

4. Debt Management Services

5. Estate Planning with our legal team

6. Life Insurances

7. Annuities

8. Final Expenses

Work Schedule

1. Part Time - 6-10 hours a Week, varies by the individual.

2. Leads - We have Warm & Cold Market, we don’t buy leads like other companies.

3. It’s all Remote, Zoom is our platform.

4. You are assigned a “Field Trainer” or Sponsor who will help you throughout the beginning of your business until you’re ready to manage your business and effectively help people. This includes how to prospect clients and potential business partners.

5. Tuesday & Thursday Training to help shape your business.

Mandatory Qualifications

⁃ If you don’t have a Life & Health Insurance License, You must be willing and able to study and pass for whichever state you’re residing in. I will help you throughout this process so you can be completely certified if you’re not.

Non-Negotiable

⁃ Must pass a background check (No Felonies)

⁃ Must have or be able to obtain a U.S Social Security Number

⁃ Must currently reside in the United States, Puerto Rico or Canada during the initial for the process. (Hiring-License)

⁃ Must be 18+ years old (This is a Federal Requirement)

Compensation

Potential Compensation (Non Base):

Full Time Average: $50,000-100,000+

Part-time average: $45,000-$75,000+

Referral Average: $20,000-60000+

Tax Season

**(1099) Production/Commission-Based;

Advancement; Equity; Bonuses.

Every investment you’ve made in this business with us are “Tax Write Offs”, you will get it all back and your earning will be way more than what you’ve invested in which you get back during tax season.

Must be able to pass a background check.
