Skilled Laborer / Trainee - Sign Production & Installation

We are seeking a reliable skilled laborer to add to our team. In this position, we will train you to become a sign production and installation associate. As a production and installation associate, you will complete a variety of tasks. It will be your job to ensure that those tasks are completed as efficiently and effectively as possible. The work that you do each day can change based on our needs. But you should expect to spend some time producing signs, installing signs, doing site surveys, and using different power tools.

We’re looking for candidates who are capable of carrying out many different skilled labor tasks with minimal supervision.

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay

Work Location: In person

• High School diploma or GED

• Valid Drivers License

• Extensive knowledge of power tools, including skill saw, mitre saw, and jigsaw.

• Ability to follow instructions.

• Good manual dexterity; may be standing, bending, kneeling or sitting for long periods.

• Able to lift, carry, and place heavy objects.

• Able to climb and maintain balance on scaffold/ladder.

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Able to work in adverse weather conditions.

• Must comply with all safety policies and procedures; communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors to ensure projects are completed properly.

• Must possess a strong work ethic and desire to learn.

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.

• Must have a bank account for direct deposits.
