DFW Junk Removal is searching for a Driver/Team Member to join our team in the Dallas area. We ask that you be hard-working, responsible, customer focused, safety aware, and ready to work for a company that rewards you for showcasing these qualities on a daily basis. Full-Time, Part-Time (weekday & weekend) shifts available. We provide everything you need for the job: uniforms (shirts/hat/jackets), gloves, safety equipment, etc.

What you'll be doing:

• Free estimates - Provide pressure-free estimates to potential customers
• Education - Educate our customers on how we safely & responsibly dispose of any items we remove from their property
• Junk Removal - Safely & efficiently remove all junk/debris per customers request
• Customer Satisfaction - Ensure 100% customer satisfaction when the job is completed
• Truck Operation - Safely load, unload, & operate our companies vehicles
• Junk Disposal - Properly dispose of all items at the end of each business day according to company policies

Qualifications:

• 21+ years of age (for insurance purposes)
• A current/valid standard drivers license (CDL not required)
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
• Be reliable, work hard, have a positive attitude, and be professional
• Customer Focused! Our customers are the #1 priority!

Bonus Qualifications:

• Experience in the junk removal industry
• Experience giving in-person pressure free estimates
• Military Veteran (please note this in your application if it applies)
• Previous moving, delivery, or warehouse company experience

The initial interview will be conducted via a phone call or virtually if possible. Second and final interview will be conducted in person, which will be followed by a decision within 48 hours. We won't leave you waiting weeks for a decision from us, we know your time is valuable.
