Project Coordinator BasX Solutions Redmond Headquarters - Redmond, OR

The Project Coordinator will plan and coordinate activities of designated projects to ensure the goals and objectives of the project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and estimated parameters.

• Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements if necessary
• Evaluate potential problems and technical hitches and develop solutions
• Recognize the scope and the schedule for each project.
• Develop in-depth understanding of project scope and particulars i.e. timeframes, outcomes
• Monitor key tasks for delivering quality product on time.
• Track job progress from job release through shipment from BASX Solutions.
• Interface with other departments to prepare cost justifications, recommend priority, and assist in generating schedule with ship dates.
• Work with Project Manager and Production Management to fulfill requirements as needed.

• Bachelors Degree (Technical or Engineered based) preferred by not required. Equivalent work history will be considered.
• Project Coordination in manufacturing or construction preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office platforms.
• General knowledge of sheet metal product manufacturing processes, HVAC system designs, and clean room ceiling system applications preferred.
• Excellent organization skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work with employees of all levels.

• Attention to details even under pressure
• Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
