As a Parts Specialist at United Rentals, you will be responsible for supporting the parts department, including the maintenance of sufficient inventory levels to meet projected parts needs of customers and the branch's service department.

Additional duties include the following:
Purchase parts from manufacturers and suppliers; acquire parts from other branches as-needed to maintain and replenish inventoryProcess external and internal parts orders by completing invoices, updating inventory records, verifying customer credit and shipping parts as neededAdvise Management on parts activities, future trends and matters which affect the efficiency of the department regarding customer relationsMaintain current parts manuals, catalogs, literature and price lists for all equipment sold by the companyOther duties assigned as needed

Job Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalentValid driver's license with acceptable driving record2+ years of retail exposureHeavy equipment knowledge is preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to use technology tools to increase performance efficiencySuperior customer service, teamwork and verbal/written communication skills
