TRISTAR is seeking several Network /System Administrator for our government customer in Crane, IN

Position Description:

• TRISTAR is seeking transitioning/retiring Marines with Air Combat Element Command and Control (C2) systems experience
• Prefer Marines that have experience with the Common Aviation Command and Control System or it's subsystems to include the Communication System MRQ-13
• We are also interested in Marines with experience with Theater Battle Management Core System (TBMCS) and the Marine Air Defense Integrated System (MADIS). Willing to consider transitioning/retiring marines that were in the Military Occupational Series 5900s and 7200s

Position Responsibilities:

• Shall participate in software integration events in Laboratory Environment with Tactical Representative system (CAC2S, TBMCS, MRQ-13, and MADIS)
• Shall participate in software testing events and provide Subject Matter Expertise relevant to the software testing event
• Shall be available to participate in fielding events or test events of new software during field exercises or events
• Provide System Administrator Subject Matter Expertise in maintaining a tactical representative computer network and associated networking hardware, software, and firmware

Position Requirement:

• Transitioning/retiring marine with appropriate MOS training and schooling
• Knowledge of COMSEC concepts and procedures a plus
• Must be a US Citizen
• An active Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain one

Education and Certification:

• Marine Corps training schooling in Military Occupational Specialties (MOS) 5900 and 7200 series
• Industry certification required for IAT Level II in accordance with DoD 8570 (for example CompTIA Security+) - have or be willing to obtain prior to start date
