Job Description

LSA is currently seeking individuals who are passionate about exceeding customer expectations to support our call center. Responsibilities

    • Assist clients by gathering accurate information and connecting them with an Interpreter over the phone
    • Ability to handle high volume calls pleasantly and efficiently
    • Provide exceptional customer service

Requirements

    • A personal computer with working camera and internet connection (required for remote Covid-19 work)
    • Ability to deliver a highly satisfying customer experience
    • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software
    • Ability to keep sensitive information confidential
    • Multi-language capability is not required

Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Proven success in a previous customer service/call center position
    • Ability to work remotely in emergency situations
    • This position is an on-site position, however due to Covid-19 we are working remotely until it is safe to return on-site.

Hours

    • Working hours: Hiring for various schedules, availability should include afternoon, evening, and weekend hours
