Operating since 1977, Life-Assist, Inc. is one of the nation's largest distributors of emergency medical supplies and equipment for the First Responder, Paramedic, EMT and EMS Provider. 

The Life Assist Marketing Manager is someone creative enough to develop big ideas and a powerful marketing strategy, yet humble enough to roll up his/her sleeves and be a highly engaged team member, when the need arises.  Add in a good amount of enthusiasm, positivity, flexibility, and a lot of curiosity and that describes a candidate we would like to meet.

We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, knows which questions to ask, who to meet with, and how to develop a comprehensive marketing strategy that is in alignment with our mission, company objectives, goals, and culture.  If you are a strong online (digital) and offline (human-centric) marketer who can drive traffic, generate leads, nurture customers, promote and sell products, and ensure that we are creating a remarkable customer journey through powerful experiences, let us talk.

What will you do?

  • Develop and drive a marketing strategy in partnership with senior leadership.  This strategy will generate leads, nurture customers, and ensure that we are creating a remarkable customer journey and powerful experiences.
  • Act as the ambassador for the Life Assist brand.
  • Oversee the development and execution of large-scale marketing initiatives.
  • Develop the objectives and execute on the internal and external activities related to the promotion and selling of products and internal and external company messaging.
  • Support the development of all sales channels including events, online, and direct sales.
  • Manage all marketing channels including social, digital advertising, SEO/SEM, and graphic, video, image, and printed content creation.
  • Define, track and report on appropriate success metrics for all customer and product marketing channels and initiatives.
  • Reinforce and monitor accuracy in product promotions and company messaging.
  • Manage the marketing budget including ROI analysis, tracking, and spending.
  • Develop trade show strategies and schedules and attends trade shows when necessary.
  • Uncover opportunities to partner with vendors through tradeshows, online placements, promotions, etc. to offset marketing expenses and build win-win relationships
  • Oversee and edit a variety of communication materials in support of corporate identity, trade shows, public relation campaigns, and product/sales collateral
  • Coordinate cross functionally to receive feedback and/or gain approval of content and communication pieces

Who are you?

  • You have 5+ years of experience in digital and offline marketing strategy and tactical implementation. You have 3+ years’ experience in a senior management role.
  • You are a leader with vision, enthusiasm, drive, curiosity, and a positive attitude.
  • You can think strategically, execute methodically and deliver results against plan.
  • You have successfully managed a team including goal setting, delegation, and employee development.
  • You are a communicator, a team player, and a people person.
  • You are digital-savvy and know your way around major platforms and networks including Google AdWords, Facebook Ad Manager, Instagram, Google Analytics, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • You’re analytical and know how to crunch numbers to monitor marketing performance and how to modify as needed to improve performance.
