Complete Preventative Maintenance Checklist records
Troubleshoot and repair equipment/machines
Communicate clearly and in collaboration with Engineering Department
Prioritize and complete assignments on time
High School diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
Prior experience performing preventative maintenance on production machines required. Injection molding preferred, and/or assembly/automation, drill fill, extrusion.
Experience with electrical and pneumatic. Basic PLC knowledge and troubleshooting. Experience with automation a major plus!
Knowledge of auxiliary equipment - hydraulics, mold temperature controllers, hot runner controllers, sprue pickers, robots.
Mechanical aptitude with ability to read mechanical and pneumatic drawings.
Lift objects of various shapes, sizes and weights.
