Job Description



This internship is designed to expose students or new graduates to the Human Resources function within a nationally operating residential real estate company through hands-on experience and training.  Assignments will be given across various HR disciplines including recruiting, on-boarding, credentialing and HRIS administration


  • Under supervision, independently performing daily transactional tasks;
  • Assist with recruiting such as job postings in the organization’s job boards and other online platforms;
  • Assist with scheduling interviews, phone screenings and background checks;
  • Assisting with recruiting cost and metrics, process and policy analysis;
  • General administrative office work, including but not limited to responding to answering the phone, making photocopies;
  • Maintains employee information by entering and updating their employment status or making status changes where necessary;
  • Assist with new hire orientation;
  • Welcomes new employees to the company through the onboarding process;
  • Completes special projects as assigned.


  • Must be a student in good standing at an accredited college or university, currently enrolled in an undergraduate major such as Human Resources, organizational Psychology, or Business Administration
  • College GPA of at least 3.0 at the time of application
  • Intermediate level proficiency or higher with current Microsoft Office software (including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint),
  • Ability to use the internet to research policy questions and best practices
  • Adaptable and able to learn new programs and software quickly

COMPENSATION: $15.00 - $16.00/Hr
